At Agility Studio, we have been leaders in Pilates Fitness for over 22 years! Our approach to Pilates Fitness involves whole-body fitness that uses traditional Pilates as its foundation. We utilize both the reformer and our patent-pending Pilates Strap Wall for classes of up to 9 students. Our private, semi-private, and group classes incorporate current fitness concepts to give you the best workout, no matter your fitness level, body type, age, or stage of life. We can help you reach your goals safely and quickly! Everyone is welcome here, from beginners to athletes, and those needing post-rehab or injury prevention support. We prioritize proper form and modify exercises as needed, without sacrificing results!

Try our top-of-the-line Balanced Body Reformer equipment or learn the patent pending Pilates Strap System! Private and semi-private sessions are available and booked directly with the instructor, so they're super flexible for your schedule!
If you're looking for group classes, our signature Pilates Strap classes can be booked through the studio after a short initial phone consult. These classes are a great deal, with 3 progressive levels and up to 9 students! The first class is free.
We also offer Prenatal Reformer private/semi private sessions and Pilates Strap classes. You will need a doctor's clearance and a quick phone consult before joining.
Our Pilates classes are challenging full-body workouts that can be adjusted to fit your needs! You'll learn the basics of form, alignment, breathing, and core engagement using the Pilates Strap or Pilates Reformer.
